FastSweep - Easy Scan & Clean (the “App”) is an iPhone app published by Sergii Nazaruk (“we”, “us”, “our”). We are the data controller for the personal information described in this Privacy Policy.

Information we handle
Photos and videos on your device
To find duplicate photos, similar photos, Live Photos, screenshots, similar videos and screen recordings, the App asks for access to your photo library. The analysis runs on your device. We do not upload your photos or videos to our servers.
Secret Space and your PIN
Media you add to Secret Space and the PIN that protects it are kept on your device. We cannot see your PIN or the media inside Secret Space, and we cannot recover a forgotten PIN.
Purchases and subscriptions
If the App offers paid features, payments are processed by Apple through your Apple ID. We never receive your card number or other payment details. We may receive confirmation of your purchase status so that we can unlock paid features.
Usage and diagnostic data
We may collect limited technical information such as your device model, iOS version, App version, language, approximate region derived from your settings, basic in-app interactions and crash reports. This helps us fix bugs and improve the App. It is not used to identify you personally.
Messages you send us
If you contact us, we receive your email address, the name you provide and the contents of your message.
How we use information
- To provide the App's features: scanning, grouping, cleaning, compressing and protecting your media.
- To confirm purchases and manage access to paid features.
- To keep the App stable, secure and working on new iOS versions.
- To answer your questions and handle support, privacy or billing requests.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your photos or videos for advertising.
Legal bases (EEA, UK and similar regions)
Where data protection law such as the GDPR applies, we rely on: contract (to deliver the App you requested), legitimate interests (to keep the App secure, fix problems and improve it), consent (for example when you grant photo library access, which you can withdraw at any time) and legal obligation where required.
How long we keep it
Photos, videos and your PIN stay on your device until you delete them or uninstall the App. Support messages are kept for as long as needed to resolve your request and for a reasonable period afterwards. Diagnostic data is kept only as long as it is useful for maintaining the App.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we handle. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security. Keep your device passcode and your Secret Space PIN private.
Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, to withdraw consent, and to complain to your local data protection authority. California residents may also ask what categories of information we collect and request deletion; we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context advertising.
To make a request, email support@fastsweep-clean.com. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on it.
Photo library access
You can change or withdraw photo access at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Photos > FastSweep. Without access, the App cannot scan or clean your library.
Children
The App is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 where local law sets a higher age). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
International transfers
Our service providers may process limited data in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Effective” date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant, we will give notice in the App or on this site.
